As many fans already know, T.A. Von Reiman"s own life has often been as intriguing as her thrilling novels. Born to a poor family in the rural area of Southern Illinois the authoress dropped out of school in the sixth grade and learned to struggle as a child in an adult"s world. She endured much tragedy and loss in her young life but never gave up. She finally realized how important an education was and returned to school. T.A. completed four years of college and then became a reporter for a small newspaper in Florida. She later took up a career in fast food management and traveled all over the United States, Mexico, Central America and Canada. In one of her many interviews the authoress stated that she is grateful for all the places she has traveled and that she has found many great story lines in her unusual life.
Ms. Von Reiman devotes much of her time speaking to young people from poverty stricken areas that have fallen into the same trap she experienced. She hopes that her own success will be an inspiration to others and help them find the determination needed to reach their goals no matter what obstacles lay before them.
T.A. has always possessed a drive to fulfill her dreams even against impossible odds. She began writing in grade school and even though she was constantly encouraged by her instructors to pursue her talents, it was twenty years later that she finally finished her first novel. Delighted at having fulfilled one of her many lifelong dreams, T.A. is determined to reach her other goals as well. She has written three books in the past two years and is the publisher of a growing e-zine, "Writer"s Nook and Reader"s Corner" http://www.tavonreiman.net which has hundreds of visitors daily. Her second book "The Eyes of Horus" has been accepted by her publisher and will be out within the year. She has started on her third book, "Trail of Death", and states that she thinks it will be her best work yet. Ms. Von Reiman hopes to take her e-zine to publication in about a year. She has almost finished the screen play of "Storms of Destiny" and will be offering the movie rights to this story very soon.
Even with all the hurdles she has surmounted there is still one goal that T.A. hopes to accomplish. That is to see one of her books on the bestsellers list. But with her unflinching drive and all the support she is receiving from many fans, this dream is surely only a step away.
